To qualify for these bonuses, simply make the request:

  • At an Air Côte d’Ivoire agency;
  • By mail, phone, fax or e-mail;
  • Online using your personal account.

 Award ticket

With accumulated miles, get a free trip to the destination of your choice or that of a loved one. Depending on the miles accumulated, you can enjoy a free one-way or round-trip ticket on economy or business class.
However, these tickets are exclusive of tax and so the applicant must be ready to pay the inherent taxes. These taxes vary by country and airports. Their payment is done when the ticket is being issued and may be in cash or through credit card.
Award tickets can be subject to booking only if the seats are available on the desired route and in the class corresponding to the ticket. Air Côte d'Ivoire is the sole judge of the number of seats available per flight and per class.
Booking request with an award ticket must be done within minimum 07 days before the scheduled flight.
Getting an award ticket is also subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made exclusively at an Air Côte d'Ivoire agency ;
  • Only a single date change is possible after ticket issuance;
  • After departure, no date change is possible ;
  • No chaange in course or beneficiary is possible after ticket issuance ;
  • The validity of the award ticket is 3 months from ticket issuance date.

No refund of miles is permitted after ticket issuance and in the event of expiry of the validity period.

Excess Baggage

Bring back more memories from your trips!
Redeem your miles against excess baggage; it is possible with Air Côte d'Ivoire sMiles program. Get 10 kilos of excess baggage cumulated 3 times during your flights with Air Côte d'Ivoire.
Conditions for granting the award:

  • The demand is made exclusively at an Air Côte d'Ivoire agency and can be done even on the day of the flight at our Airport agency;
  • The award is only valid per course of flight, that is to say 1 way flight ;
  • The award of 10 Kg is cumulated three times on the same flight ;
  • The award is transferable to another person ;
  • The award is not cumulated with an award ticket ;
  • The award is valid 01 month from the date of issuance of the coupon;
  • After issuance of the coupon, a single change of date is possible ;

No refund of miles is permitted after issuance of the coupon and in the case of expiry of the validity period.

Access to VIP lounge

Whatever your qualification level, enjoy a privileged time by accessing the airport business lounge.
For 2 500 miles, enjoy all the comforts and conveniences available to you in the VIP lounge.
Conditions for obtaining the award:

  • The request is made exclusively within an Air Côte d'Ivoire agency and can be done even on the day of the flight in our Airport agency;
  • The award for access to the lounge is not transferable to a third party ;
  • The award can be cumulated with award ticket or excess baggage;

MCO Penalty Settlement

Miles accrued by traveling on Air Côte d'Ivoire or partner airlines can be used to settle your MCO penalty (change fee).
Thus, for 3 500 miles, your MCO penalty are dealt with.
Conditions for granting the award:

  • The request is made exclusively at an Air Côte d'Ivoire agency ;
  • The award is not transferable to a third party ;
  • The award cannot be cumulated with any other bonus ;

Freight Shipment

 

Use miles to redeem freight!
Air Côte d'Ivoire provides you with opportunity through its sMiles program.
Indeed, the miles accumulated through your travels allow you to pay your freight shipping costs. They are done in tranches of 10 kg on the destination of your choice and according to an established scale.
However, it is the responsibility of the beneficiary to underwrite the taxes incurred on the transport of the goods. These taxes vary depending on the country and the nature of the goods.
Conditions for granting the award

  • The request must be made at an Air CI agency within minimum 07 days before the scheduled flight date ;
  • The award is valid only for a flight course, that is to say a one-way flight ;
  • The award cannot be cumulated with an award ticket ;
  • The award is non-transferable ;
  • The award is recorded by tranche of 10 kg with a minimum general charge equivalent to 30 kg;
  • The award is valid for 01 month from the date of issuance of the coupon ;
  • 1 single date change is allowed after issuance of the coupon ;

No refund of miles is permitted after issuance of the coupon and in case of expiry of the validity period.
